About Daffodils.com
Daffodils.com is operated by Stonehouse Daffodils, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We sell daffodil bulbs and related horticultural products through our website. These General Information terms are part of our Terms of Use, together with our Planting Instructions, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
Order Placement
Upon placement of your order, we send an email confirmation. On the shipping date, we send you a tracking number.
Please provide a complete physical delivery address where packages can be delivered. We cannot ship to PO boxes. At present, orders are accepted for shipment only within the United States.
Pennsylvania residents, and orders delivered to Pennsylvania addresses, are charged Pennsylvania sales tax unless an exemption applies. If you are tax exempt, please place your order over the phone so we can handle the order correctly.
Customer Accounts and Checkout
You may create an account to access parts of the website, manage order-related information, and make future checkout easier. If you use a "Remember me" or similar feature, your browser may keep you signed in on that device until you sign out or clear cookies.
Some information is collected at account creation, and additional information may be collected later at checkout or when needed to complete an order, such as billing details, shipping details, and contact information.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is provided by USPS. At checkout, various shipping options may be presented to you, depending upon available services. A handling fee may be added to the delivery method selected. Shipping charges are estimated using package information, and the destination ZIP code, as supplied to or calculated through shipping systems. The actual amount we pay for shipping may be slightly higher or lower.
Shipping Schedule
We begin shipping according to USDA horticultural zone, and the following approximate schedule:

Availability and Substitutions
As crops are dug, cured, counted, inspected, and packed, we may find that a variety is unavailable, in short supply, mislabeled, damaged, diseased, undersized, or otherwise unfit for sale. If that happens, we may contact you about options. Depending on the order and the timing, those options may include a refund, cancellation of that part of the order, or a substitution of your choice.
Catalog photographs, descriptions, bloom times, heights, colors, and horticultural zones are provided as good-faith guidance. Daffodils are living plants, and performance can vary with climate, soil, drainage, planting depth, weather, storage, and care.
Cancellation and Returns
Flower bulbs are perishable horticultural products. Returns of flower bulbs are not accepted unless we specifically authorize a return. Orders cancelled before packing or shipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders generally cannot be cancelled after they have been packed, labeled, or shipped.
Guarantee
If planted in the proper conditions, bulbs purchased from daffodils.com will provide many years of springtime service.
We want you to receive healthy bulbs that are true to name. If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly. Include your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible.
Our guarantee does not cover problems caused by improper planting, poor drainage, unsuitable climate, improper storage after delivery, extreme weather, animal damage, chemical injury, neglect, or other conditions outside our control. When a refund, credit, or replacement is appropriate, our responsibility is limited to the affected product and does not include incidental or consequential losses.
