Order Placement
Upon the placement of your order, we send an email confirmation. On the shipping date, we send you a tracking number.
Please provide a physical address, where packages may be delivered. We cannot ship to PO boxes. At present, no orders are shipped outside the United States.
Pennsylvania residents, and deliveries to Pennsylvania, are charged 6% sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please place your order over the phone.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is provided by USPS. At checkout, various shipping options may be presented to you, depending upon available services. A $5.00 handling fee will be added to your delivery method of choice. The shipping charge is estimated, based upon a calculated weight and your zip code, as supplied by the USPS server. The actual amount we pay for shipping could be slightly higher or lower.
Shipping Schedule
We begin shipping according to USDA horticultural zone, and the following approximate schedule:

Availability
As the crops are processed, we may find that some varieties are unfit for sale. We ask how to handle such situations. You may opt for a refund or cancellation of that part of your order, or allow us to provide a substitution.
Cancellation and Returns
Horticultural products are perishable. As such, returns of flower bulbs are not accepted. We charge a 15% restocking fee for orders cancelled before the shipping date.
Guarantee
If planted in the proper conditions, bulbs purchased from daffodils.com will provide many years of springtime service. If you are not completely satisfied with some part of your order, please contact us for a refund.
